Shipping & Delivery
We deliver home and kitchen appliances anywhere in Bangladesh. Here is what happens after you place an order.
Delivery charge

The charge is added at checkout and shown to you before you confirm, so the total on the screen is the total you pay.
How long it takes
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Large items — refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners — can take a day or two longer outside Dhaka, because they travel as road freight rather than as courier parcels. If your order is going to be late, we will call you rather than let you wonder.
Orders placed on a Friday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Payment
Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person when the appliance reaches you. Nothing is charged in advance, and this site never asks for card, bank or mobile-wallet details.
Before you accept the parcel
- Check that the carton is sealed and not dented.
- Open it in front of the delivery person, and switch the appliance on if you can.
- Keep the carton, the accessories, the manual and the warranty card — a return needs all of them.

Installation
Delivery means the appliance is brought to your door. Installation and wiring — the outdoor unit of an air conditioner, a washing machine water line — are not included unless the product page says so. Ask us before you order and we will tell you exactly what the model needs.
Tracking your order
Every order gets an order number. Enter it on the Track Order page to see where it has reached, or find all of your orders under My account.
Your address
Give a full address with a nearby landmark, and a phone number that stays switched on. Almost every delay we see is a phone nobody answers. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order is returned and cancelled.
